Are all Goodie Bag products online?

Yes, all items are online. We are constantly rotating our offerings, but if there is something specific you want and don't see, contact us at 800-519-5563. We will help you hunt down your favorite party accessories.  You can also contact us online.

Can The Goodie Bag do custom gift baskets?

Yes! We handle all standard and custom orders. If you have specific products in mind, we can help you put together as much or as little as you need. Stuck and need ideas? We will be more than happy to assist you in creating a one of a kind Goodie Bag to go with your theme. We can be reached at 800-519-5563 or contact us online.  Since this is a personalized service, all orders are non-returnable.  Depending on the items, orders will take 2-4 weeks to process.

Can The Goodie Bag make custom or personalized party favors?

Yes! We handle all standard and custom orders. The Goodie Bag has a wide variety of items that can be personalized to say anything!.  Check out the favor section of the website to find the latest and greatest products. Looking for something different? Give us a call at 800-519-5563 and we can try to find your item. However, please keep in mind that once approved, personalized products do take more time to produce and are not returnable or exchangeable. Depending on the item, custom or personalized orders average between 4-8 weeks and up to 4 months to manufacture.

What type of payment does your website take?

The Goodie Bag accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and ATM cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged when submitting your order. If for some reason there is a problem with your order, we will not charge your card until the issue has been resolved.

Shipping

Can I get overnight shipping everyday of the week?

Orders are shipped the same day if placed by 1pm PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, pending credit card authorization and verification, and will ship out overnight to arrive the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Additional charges for Saturday Overnight deliveries apply (see below). 

Saturday Delivery

Orders for Saturday delivery must be made before 1pm PST on Friday, excluding holidays.  Saturday delivery is available for most areas. We are sorry if your area is not included and will attempt to contact you if your location is not available for Saturday delivery.

Is 2nd or 3rd Day delivery available?

Orders are shipped the same day if placed by 1 pm PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, pending credit card authorization and verification, and will arrive in two or three business days, depending on the service you select.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

At the current time there will not be multiple addresses shipments.

Does The Goodie Bag ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation when my order ships?

When a order is shipped, the buyer will receive a e-mail with shipping confirmation number.

Can I make a donation to my charity or event?

As much as we would like to honor all donation requests, The Goodie Bag receives far more requests for donations than we can support annually. As a result, we have organizations we currently support but do not accept solicitations for additional donations.  In effort to support your cause we are more than happy to offer wholesale pricing to your organization. Please fill out the wholesale formWe wish you the best with your fundraising efforts!

Do you offer The Goodie Bag products via wholesale?

Setting up a wholesale account with us is easy! We offer wholesale accounts to our friends in the event industry, schools, brick and mortar retail shops (sorry no online stores- amazon, ebay, etsy), charities, or corporations.

Does The Goodie Bag produce or offer Corporate Gifts?

Placing An Order

What if I am sending a gift?

When you checkout when placing  a order online, please select the “Gift” option during your check out. This option is available at the bottom of the shipping options page. Once we receive your order we will package your gift.  Note: We do NOT offer gift wrapping at this time. Sorry. Gifts will ship without invoices. 

Can I create an account when I place my order?

Yes, you will have the option to create an account when you place your order. We advise that you do this in order to easily access and track your order history and update information. If you require assistance setting up an account during checkout, please phone us at 800-519-5563, and we will help you through the process. Note: Once orders are placed, you cannot create an account associated with that order.

Does the invoice sent with my package include prices or credit card information?

We include a general packing slip with each order which includes the order number, shipping address, bill to address, your gift message (when applicable), and the items you ordered. It does not include prices (to include product and shipping costs), and credit card number or information.

I'm not comfortable with putting my credit card number on a web page. How can I purchase The Goodie Bag products?

Our website has the latest encryption technology. If you still have reservations, we will be glad to take your order over the phone at 800-519-5563.
