Their water resistant design allows for use in water features where they will float. Each one has a tiny glowing white LED that fades on and off slowly. Collectively, they produce a moving firefly or fairy light effect that is absolutely unique. You can replace the batteries also. Fishing line can be attached using the small recessed hook for anchoring.
