- How do I return an item?
- Can I get Overnight shipping every day of the week?
- Orders are shipped the same day if placed by 1pm PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, pending credit card authorization and verification, and will ship out overnight to arrive the next business day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Additional charges for Saturday overnight deliveries apply.

- Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 1pm PST on Friday, excluding holidays. Saturday delivery is available for most areas.
- Is 2nd or 3rd day delivery available?
- Orders are shipped the same day if placed by 1pm PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, pending credit card authorization and verification, and will arrive in two or three business days, depending on the service you select during checkout.
- Can I ship to multiple addresses?
- At the current time there will not be multiple address shipments.
- Does The Goodie Bag ship internationally?
- Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
- Will I receive a shipping confirmation when my order ships?
- When an order is shipped the buyer will receive an e-mail with a confirmation number and a link to track the order. If ordering over the phone, please provide us with your email address. You can track your order status at anytime by logging into your account.
- Are all Goodie Bag products online?
- Yes, all items are online. We are constantly rotating our offerings, but if there is something specific you want and don't see, contact us or call 800-519-5563. We will help you hunt down your favorite party accessories.
- Can The Goodie Bag do custom gift baskets?
- Yes! We handle all standard and custom orders. If you have a specific products in mind, we can help you put together as much or as little as you need. Stuck and need ideas? We will be more than happy to assist you in creating a one of a kind Goodie Bag to go with your theme. Please contact us or call 800-519-5563. Since this is a personalized service, all orders are non-returnable. Depending on the items, orders will take 2-3 weeks to process.
- Can The Goodie Bag make custom or personalized party favors?
- Yes! We handle all standard and custom orders. The Goodie Bag has a wide variety of items that can be personalized to say anything!. Check out the favor section of the website to find the latest and greatest products. Looking for something different? Give us a call at 800-519-5563 or contact us online and we can try to find your item. However, please keep in mind that once approved, personalized products do take more time to produce and is not returnable or exchangeable. Depending on the item, custom or personalized orders will take 3 weeks to 4 months to process.

- Can I purchase a gift card online?
- Of course! You can order gift cards online and have them emailed directly to the recipient.
- What type of payment does thegoodiebag.com take?
- thegoodiebag.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and ATM cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo.
- When will my credit card be charged?
- Your card will be charged when submitting your order. If for some reason there is a problem with your order, we will not charge your card until the issue has been resolved.
- Can you make a donation to my charity or event?
- As much as we would like to honor all donation requests, thegoodiebag.com receives far more requests for donations than we can support annually. As a result, we have organizations we currently support but do not accept solicitations for additional donations. In effort to support your cause we are more than happy to offer wholesale pricing to your organization. We wish you the best with your fundraising efforts!
- Do you offer The Goodie Bag products via wholesale?
- Setting up a wholesale account with us is easy! You only have to operate an event planning company or a charity. In most regions you also need a tax ID number. For complete details, please see our wholesale account application. If you are still in the founding or planning phase, just give us a call. To set up a new account and place an order immediately, please call our customer service line at 800-519-5563.
- How can I send a gift?
- When checking out, please select the "Gift" option during your checkout. This option is available at the bottom of the shipping options page. Once we receive your order we will package your gift. Note: Some items, such as oversized products and larger orders can not be gift wrapped. We will notify you if this is the case before shipping.
- Can I create an account when I place my order?
- Yes, You will have the option to create an account when you place your order. We advise that you do this in order to easily access and track your order history and update information. If you require assistance setting up an account during checkout, please phone us at 800-519-5563 and we will help you through the process. Note: Once orders are placed, you can not create an account associated with that order.
- Does the invoice sent with my package include prices or credit card information?
- We include a general packing slip with each order which includes the order number, shipping address, bill to address, your gift message (when applicable), and the items you ordered. It does not include prices (to include product and shipping costs), or credit card number and information.
- I'm not comfortable with entering my credit card number on a web page. How can I purchase The Goodie Bag products?
- Our website has the latest encryption technology. If you still have reservations, we will be glad to take your order over the phone at 800-519-5563.
