Returns & Exchanges

We want our customers to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly accept returns with the following exceptions and conditions:

  1. Unopened Party Giveaways and Activities must be returned as a sellable unit  (i.e. If sold by the dozen, the item must be returned by the dozen or multiples of a dozen).
  2. Damaged and broken products are eligible for return without a restocking fee.
  3. Apparel and accessories must be unworn and have the original tags attached.
  4. No returns on personalized products, custom orders, and/or "Party Mixes."
  5. All returns must be reported within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  6. A 15% restocking fee applies on certain items in the Party Supplies section. All items that are eligible are clearly marked in their description section. 
  7. Wrong item, color, sizes are eligible for return without a restocking fee and return shipping charges.

We do recognize that sometimes product gets damaged en route. If this happens, we request that you call our customer service line at 800-519-5563 immediately.

If we shipped you the wrong item, please contact our customer service line immediately at 800-519-5563. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with the return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

How to complete a return or exchange:

  1. Please contact our customer service department at 800-519-5563 to receive a RA   (return authorization) number.  Indicate the product name, order number and reason for your exchange/return. Please note, original order shipping costs are not refundable or transferable.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns/exchanges. Please use a responsible carrier for your return, one that can provide you with a tracking number. The Goodie Bag is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation, packing slip or receipt) is required for reimbursement of the full purchase, minus shipping.

We will return the product purchase amount in the manner in which you paid.  Please allow a minimum of 14 days to receive and process your return or exchange.
